Training and lessons are always available for the beginner to advanced rider and horse.
Hunter Jumper Lessons- Lessons are given on your horse or one of our quality school horses will be provided for you. Our lessons are tailored for every rider. Our patrons range from 3 years to the adult that re-discovered their childhood dream. From novice to the most experienced rider, lessons increase form and skill and also build poise and confidence. Beginner lessons will include horse basics such as tack function, purpose, safety, care and horsemanship. Lessons are given in English or Western tack and range from ring work to trail rides. All students are welcome to enjoy the challenge and thrill of shows or just stick to the miles of beautiful trails. We place an emphasis on the correct education of horse and rider combined to produce the most enjoyable experience no matter where our horse dreams take us. Whether you are riding for pleasure or competing for ribbons, our mission is to utilize equestrian sports to promote self-control and teamwork. Lessons are also available at your barn.
Camps- Weekly or daily camps are available anytime there is no school. Camps are from 9-3 and include horseback riding, learning about horse care, shows, and fun. Please call for pricing.
Training-Whether working with green horses, or retraining seasoned horses, our training programs are personalized to fit the rider and horse’s needs. E & E does not believe riding a horse in draw reins everyday is a practical training tactic. We believe in the use of aids, praise, and consistency. Specializing in correcting behavior problems to enhance form and technique. Daily or on need basis exercising also available.
Dressage Trainer: Linda Todenhagen
Teaching basics through Grand Prix. Linda is available for lessons and clinics. Her trainers have included: Col. Bengt Ljundquest, Walter Zette, Carol Lavell, and Michael Poulin. She has trained many FEI horses. Her wins include many Regional Championships and Reserve Championships in 2nd Level through Grand Prix and a Silver Medal in the Olympic National Sports Festival.

The brownie program is created to be an introduction to horses. It is a one-two hour program that is age appropriate. The girls are taught horse safety, care, and the beginning points of riding. The program can be applied towards the girls’ animal badge.
The junior program follows the criteria of both the horse fan and horse rider badges. It is a three-four hour program that allows the girls to learn about horse safety, care, types of disciplines and riding.
